Mansi joined Tompkins Wake in 2023 as a Senior Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in civil litigation, particularly in construction law, and has experience appearing in both the High Court and District Court. Mansi has also acted as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal.

In addition to her court experience, Mansi is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and construction adjudication. She has also worked on international arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Mansi always brings a strategic and pragmatic approach to resolving complex disputes.

Outside of her legal practice, Mansi is an active member of the Women’s Committee of New Zealand Asian Lawyers. She takes great pride in supporting initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and representation in the legal profession.

Fluent in both Gujarati and Hindi, Mansi values her ability to connect with a wide range of clients and colleagues.
