Qualifications : LLB, BSocSci, University of Waikato.

Tom specialises in dispute resolution. He regularly works with both employers and employees to guide them through disciplinary and performance management processes.

He also advises on personal grievances, restraint of trade covenants, and all manner of employment matters.

Tom is experienced in the mediation process and alternative dispute resolution. He is committed to getting clients a pragmatic resolution.
