Working with our private clients across the breadth of their affairs and portfolios, Michelle works on commercial and property related matters helping our clients ensure their personal and business affairs are in order and protected for the future.  Michelle is an experienced private client lawyer with 18 + years’ experience. She has advised on a range of property and commercial transactions and acts for private clients on personal matters as well as corporates.

Some examples of her work include property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, sale and purchase of businesses (including franchised businesses), contract drafting, as well as general advice on property issues. Michelle understands the need to provide clear, plain English, commercially astute advice.
