Maree is a key player within our executive team, supporting our CEO by delivering strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across the firm.

With a focus on driving tangible results, Maree excels in streamlining core business operations and delivering value, ensuring that our firm achieves its strategic vision. Maree brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning and execution, process improvement, strategic finance, and stakeholder management.

With a career history spanning several industries with notable experience in organisations such as PwC, Fonterra, and Genesis Energy, Maree has vast experience in key roles such as CFO and Business Change Manager, where she has demonstrated her expertise in implementing initiatives that enhance organisational productivity and impact. A Chartered Accountant (CA) since 2012, Maree was elevated to Fellowship with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (FCA) in 2023 for her services to the community and the profession. Additionally, she is a Chartered Company Director and completed her MBA in 2021.

Beyond her professional achievements, Maree is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She volunteers as a firefighter and serves on several boards within the disability sector, showcasing her dedication to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
