Qualifications : MA, Jesus College (University of Cambridge).
Luke is a corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience. Advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, Luke specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and capital raisings. Luke also has particular expertise in New Zealand’s overseas investment regime.
Luke started his career with global law firm White & Case in their London and Johannesburg offices. Prior to joining Tompkins Wake in 2021, Luke spent almost seven years with Chapman Tripp in Auckland.
