Qualifications : BA, LLB, University of Otago.

Kerryn is a dispute resolution and litigation specialist. She joins our team after a number of years at a specialist litigation firm in Auckland.  

Kerryn has extensive experience in civil and commercial disputes. She has acted for clients with disputes involving a range of legal issues and subject matter, including matters involving breach of contract, insurance law, negligence, judicial review, competition law and high-worth family trusts. She also has a special interest in international trade and maritime law.

Her broad experience enables her to provide valuable, solution-focused advice to clients at all stages of the dispute resolution process. Kerryn is a strong advocate and has appeared in the High Court and District Court and as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal. She also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution processes.
