Qualifications : BA, LLB, University of Auckland.

Katie joined Tompkins Wake in 2020 as part of the Disputes Resolution team, with a broad focus on general civil and commercial litigation.  Before joining Tompkins Wake, Katie worked for four years at a leading national firm, as well as a boutique litigation firm.  For most of her legal career, Katie has specialised in resolving disputes and litigation arising out of personal and corporate insolvency.  She also has experience working in small business, including in the construction industry, which lends a pragmatic approach to her legal practice.
