John is a Senior Solicitor in our corporate and commercial team, with broad ranging capability and experience. Commencing practice in 2020, he has had notable experience advising in both the private and public sectors in New Zealand and Australia.
Before rejoining our corporate and commercial team, John worked for international law firm King & Wood Mallesons in their Sydney office where he advised Fortune 500 Global and ASX 50 companies on general commercial, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A and restructuring matters. During that time, John also accrued industry specific experience from client secondments at one of Australia’s Big Four Banks and the Commonwealth Corporate Entity, Housing Australia assisting with regulatory change management and day-to-day commercial matters.
