Qualifications : LLB, University of Auckland.

Gaanesh has specific focus on both share and business acquisitions and disposals (buy and sell side), business mergers, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Gaanesh has a background in acting for SMEs, as well as larger corporates, with experience in general corporate and commercial work and regulatory compliance matters.

Gaanesh’s experience is well rounded having practiced in other legal areas such as property, trusts & estates, and employment.

Before joining Tompkins Wake in 2022, Gaanesh worked in the corporate/commercial team of a mid-sized law firm located in Auckland’s CBD.
