Fred specialises in employment law, providing complete support and representation from the early stages of a dispute until its resolution. 

He assists clients facing protracted and complex circumstances and provides advice on a range of issues including restraints of trade, restructuring and consultation processes, bullying and disciplinary investigations, performance concerns, privacy, workplace relationship breakdowns, and leadership concerns at the corporate level.

Fred is experienced in the mediation process and alternative dispute resolution.  He has appeared before the Employment Relations Authority, the Employment Court, the District Court, and the Court of Appeal.
