Qualifications : BA, LLB (Hons), University of Auckland.

Elizabeth specialises in relationship property, trust and estate disputes. She gives principled, pragmatic and strategic advice that meets the personal needs of her clients and their families.

Elizabeth also has expertise as a civil litigator and especially in professional liability disputes with a particular focus on trustee and legal professional liability.

She advises a wide range of clients representing them in the Family Court, District Court, High Court, the Court of Appeal, at arbitration and mediation.
