Charley is an Associate in our Family Law Team, specialising in all areas of family law. Charley has a particular focus on relationship property disputes, contracting out agreements, separation agreements, and capacity issues including applications relating to the appointment or removal of property managers and welfare guardians under the PPPR Act.
Charley is dedicated to a client-focused approach, delivering practical, timely, and responsive solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is also an active member of the New Zealand Law Society Family Law Section.
