Qualifications : BA, LLB, University of Otago.

Ben has been practicing law since 2004, and joined Tompkins Wake in 2011. Ben advises on all aspects of commercial and corporate law with a specialist focus on the construction and manufacturing industries. Ben has extensive experience advising clients on complex and large scale construction and engineering projects. Ben also has a particular interest in events and venue related law, and has advised venue owners, professional sports organisations and music festivals on a wide range of sponsorship, commercial and contractual matters.
