Qualifications : BA, LLB (Hons), University of Auckland.
Alex assists on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and corporate structuring, along with more general corporate and commercial work.
Her life science experience includes advising on medical advertising requirements and compliance with the Privacy Act, and assisting with commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Before joining Tompkins Wake in 2023, Alex worked for 4 years at a boutique law firm in Auckland and Singapore, with a focus on advising high-growth companies including in the HealthTech space.
