Tompkins Wake advises Vesper Marine on its sale to Garmin

Vesper Marine is an industry-leading provider of marine communication equipment and services with its headquarters in Auckland. Vesper Marine has spent 15 years building innovative award-winning technology to protect vessels, crews, and undersea assets. Garmin is a global technology leader, and the acquisition will make it possible to expand Vesper Marine’s capacities and bring its innovative products to a global market.
