Tompkins Wake advises property tech startup on acquisition by global player

Tompkins Wake is pleased to have advised Property Suite on its recent acquisition by MRI Software. Founded in 2007, Property Suite is a well-known player in the New Zealand property tech market. With over 4000 real estate customers, it offers a suite of property software solutions accessible on a single platform, including relationship management, media and marketing management, and transaction and financial management. MRI Software is a global leader in the provision of real estate and investment management software to real estate owners, investors, and operators. Based in Ohio, MRI owns around 50 property tech firms, with projected revenue of US$610 million in 2022.
Commercial partner Tom Arieli, supported by senior associate Luke Bowers, advised Property Suite on the acquisition.
